If you currently accept credit cards we roll over your current rates so there is no increase in cost on the processing end. If you are a new business we complete a cost analysis to put you in the best rate program while also matching competitive quotes from other companies. |

What does the service agreement cover?

The agreement covers a lifetime warranty of the equipment, onsite installation and training, 24/7/365 customer service and technical support, hardware/software upgrades, and our back office web based portal known as the Lighthouse Feature. |

What hardware is provided with the $59 a month service agreement?

A full 15” touch screen display with attached credit card reader, standard size cash till, and receipt printer. The retail package also includes a bar code scanner and customer display pole. |

What optional accessories do you offer?

Optional accessories are a remote printer, kitchen video display, and a digital scale that are offered at a minimal monthly cost. |

Is there a way to view the hardware and software?

Online demonstrations are scheduled where we remote you into our system to see 3D images of the hardware and test drive the software. This is also a great way to see how the process works and have all questions answered. |

Do you require the purchasing of a back office system or software?

No, included in the service agreement is the Lighthouse Feature. This is our web-based portal that allows you to log into your systems anywhere in the world you have an internet connection. |

Does your system have the ability to accept gift cards?

We have a Free Gift Card Program where we provide you with 50 Free Gift Cards customized with your logo and colors. If more Gift Cards are needed there will be an Additional Cost. |

How much support will I have with these systems?

We have 24/7/365 customer service and technical support included with the service agreement. Technicians will be able to remote into your systems to solve any issues you might have and if new hardware is required, we will overnight new equipment to you. |
